This small home looks very intriguing. It looks like a big cocoon and seems to be portable. What really makes this space relaxing is that everything is so simple. It doesn’t look to be a good place to live for a long time but it can be a very relaxing vacation home for a few days. There are squares on the walls to organize everything so that theres a big open space in the middle. In addition, the tip of the house opens up so that fresh air can come in and can act as a balcony.

This space is meant for relaxation during the night. It has a perfect view of the city lights and is very dimly lit. There are chairs near the windows so people can enjoy the night view and a sofa in the back with an air conditioner above it. There is not many forms of entertainment and the lights don’t seem to light any brighter so this place doesn’t look too practical. It would, however, be a very nice place to spend the night while traveling or for a short time.

This is a very simple hotel room. This hotel room has a bed, lamp, and a way out. What makes this space very relaxing is the fact that its very simple. There’s almost nothing in this room and the bed takes up most of the space. It’s almost like this room is telling you to not worry about anything and just sleep.

This lovely beach home is a perfect place for a getaway. Everything about this space is as luxurious and as aesthetic as possible. The architecture was built so that it uses the outdoors as another boundary of the house. In other words, there are open spaces everywhere and furnitures arranged outside as if it were a regular home. This incorporation of open space brings fresh air into the building and lets you relax.

This house is built in the middle of a mountain’s incline. With it’s glass walls, it offers a nice view off the hillside. Also, the house was built in the middle of a forest, away from urbanism. Although the interior is not shown, the geography and position of this house makes it a perfect spot to get away from civilization.
The hamac explains it all. Just the thought of sleeping on that hamac makes you feel like you’re on a cloud. Besides the hamac, the room offers a very open area, enough to fit at least 30 people. The incorporation of a spacious room and a comfortable hamac makes this space as hospitable as it gets.

Conservatorium Hotel by Piero Lissoni
This hotel set up many sofas and cushioned chairs in order to provide comfort. However, what brings relaxation to this space is the glass walls. First of all, the glass walls surround the plants in the middle of the lobby like it’s some kind of exhibit. All the walls are made of glass as well. This allows sunlight and nice weather to shine into the building. There are lights set up everywhere in days with bad weather. The hotel uses nature in order to provide hospitality.
Look at this room. Doesn’t it make you want to just sit on the sofa and go to sleep? The living space captured in the photo is very wide and the ceiling reaches up to about two to three stories high. These wide open spaces give you permission to lie down and take up as much space as you can.
Also, the interior design of the room was organized so that there were designated areas that make you want to lie down and relax. Furnitures like sofas and rugs were placed as “walls” facing inward towards the left side of the room. This specific area is designated for relaxation while other areas are designated for other purposes.
